MISD Covid Reporting

The MISD Covid Reports were created to help districts calculate their student’s two-way communication requirements during the Covid pandemic. The report calculates the student’s membership within a building/district and then looks to see if that student has had any attendance marked. Since a two-way-communication can be a face-to-face present code or the 2WC code, the membership table was used to identify whether or not a student was just absent or present. The report scans the inputted attendance for a student and counts how many present codes they have.
