Used during the PowerScheduling process to allow students to enter course requests

Adds on the Parent Portal Settings screen the ‘Class Registration’ field. 

NOTE: As of 12-19-2022 the download available from PDS has a bug where links to Parent Portal Settings are not added to the left navigation. Contact the help desk to install a modified version of the plugin 

Cause: multi-line strings aren't added to the page. Developer.mozilla states: "Template literals are enclosed by backtick (`) characters instead of double or single quotes."
