- From the Start Page select Teacher Schedules from the Functions menu on the left
- Choose the teacher name
- Select the number in the Size column for the appropriate class
- At the bottom choose Make this the current selection of students
- From the Group Functions menu select Counselors Screen
- From the drop down menu choose Attendance or Enter Attendance and mark their attendance.
- Submit
- From the list of students on the left select the next student to change by clicking their Last Name
